• Original artworks, prints, and physical products are prepared and packed with great care.

• Processing times may vary based on the item.

Typical processing times:

Original artworks: 3–10 business days

Prints: 3–10 business days

Commissions: As communicated during the creation process

Processing times may be longer during holidays or high-volume periods.

1.2 Shipping Methods

We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS and FedEx

Shipping options and prices are calculated at checkout.

1.3 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

Domestic: 2–7 business days

International: 5–21 business days

Actual delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or factors beyond our control.

1.4 Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may incur customs fees, import taxes, or duties.

These charges:

• Are not included in the product price

• Are not controlled by us

• Must be paid by the customer upon delivery

1.5 Packaging

All artworks and prints are shipped using protective, high-quality packaging to ensure safe delivery.

2. Returns & Refunds

2.1 Original Artworks & Prints

Due to the delicate nature of artworks, all sales are final.

Returns or refunds are only offered if:

• The item arrives damaged

• The wrong item is delivered

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage.

2.2 Commissions & Custom Orders

Commissions and custom-made artworks are non-refundable under any circumstances, as they are created specifically for the client.

2.3 Lost or Missing Packages

If your order appears lost:

• We will open an inquiry with the carrier.

• Replacements or refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on tracking information.

We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

2.5 Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless the wrong item was shipped.

3. Cancellations

3.1 Physical Products

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered processing or shipping.

3.2 Commissions

Commission cancellations are not permitted once the creative work has begun.

Any deposit is non-refundable.
