Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

How long will it take to ship my order?

All orders are processed within 24 business hours and shipped within 3-5 business days. Deliveries take 7-21 business days and in rare cases 30+ business days.

Creation time for commissions is about 1-5 weeks more.

When will I receive tracking information?

Within a week of your order being fulfilled (shipped), you will receive notification of your tracking number.

If you do not receive your tracking number within 7 business days, please contact us!

Shipping Time:

IT orders usually take between 5-7 business days to be delivered from the date they are shipped.

Worldwide orders take 7-21 business days and in rare cases can take 30+ business days. Please note in some countries, customs may cause an additional delay in delivery.

We recommend that you keep an eye on your tracking.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours only after your purchase.

Returns

All customized orders are not refundable. If you order a customized painting, please, carefully choose your picture or be sure of your request.

The Artist Responsability

Product received is totally different from the order. (Requested Product A Received Product B)
Customer will receive a refund.

The information you need to send:

Reason for return
Order number
Product SKU (Product ID)
Clear Picture of the Product

We will communicate this to our supplier to issue an exchange or refund.
Once our supplier receives the item, we will refund the customer and cover the expenses of the shipping cost. This is only applicable if the Artist is responsible for shipping the wrong item.

Customer Responsibilities:

– Customer simply want a change for another product or return it.
– Color is slightly different from the picture.

If the customer wants a refund, they will be responsible for the return shipping costs that it can have.

What is the procedure?

All returns must first be approved by our customer care team.

You must send an email at art@isabelgiannuzzi.com applying for a return.

Once our supplier receives the item, we will apply for a refund. Please check shipping policy if you need to.
Conditions to apply for a change or return:

All returned painting must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Customer is responsable for any loss of value.
No refund requests will be accepted after 14 natural days for any reason.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund can take between 12 to 20 days to be reflected on your statement
We’ll refund only to the same payment method from where customer originally pay
Items that are damaged, dirty, altered, or not in their original boxes or bags will not be accepted for return.
